About me

Hi there fit fam, my name is Andreea. Yes, that’s Andreea with two “e”. I am a Romanian living in the Seattle area. I first got into fitness before I even turned 20, starting with simple bodyweight exercises in my then-boyfriend, now husband’s dorm room. I had no equipment and very little knowledge about fitness, but I was determined that didn’t stop me from falling in love with the world of fitness.

I am now a fitness trainer with five years of experience. I work with both individual clients and groups, both in-person and online. I am skilled in creating custom workout plans tailored to each client’s specific needs and goals, and I am also able to give guidance on nutrition and help with accountability, which is very importat in creating habits and routines.

I believe that the key to a successful fitness journey is a combination of hard work, dedication, and a personalized approach. I strive to help my clients find the type of exercise that they enjoy, and to provide them with the knowledge and support they need to achieve their goals.

Through my own journey and experience, I understand the struggles and obstacles that come with getting and staying fit, and I am passionate about helping others overcome those same challenges. I am excited to help people to reach their fitness goals through consistency and healthy habits. As a full-time worker, I understand the challenges of finding time for self care and am committed to making fitness a priority in my own life. Let me help you do the same!
